How to manually remove all of WSUS

Thanks to the WSUS Support team blog…

If you had a freak accident, where your UPS happened to “shut your server down, while saving everything beforehand” (yeah, right) and it managed to corrupt one or more databases (exchange, companyweb *sharepoint, and WSUS), it may be the easiest solution to just wipe your WSUS install, and re-install it. Check my previous posts to fix other databases such as exchange, and just restore your sharepoint database from backup and restart the service to fix that, but here’s how to “repair” the WSUS database, when you can’t fix it, or remove it:
